When does it launch, and what does it run on?
The first version is iPhone only (iOS 17 or later), with the interface and practice available in English and Chinese. There's no launch date yet; join the waitlist on the home page to get one email when it's live.
Are my recordings used to train AI?
No. Recordings are only used to transcribe and give you feedback on that session. They are never used to train any model. Audio is kept for 30 days by default; you can change this to 7 or 365 days in Settings.
How much does it cost? Is there a free trial?
New users can complete one diagnostic session for free. After that the app is a subscription through the App Store, with a free trial. Prices are shown in the App Store, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends in your device settings.
How do I delete my data?
In the app's Settings you can delete a single session, all your practice data, or your whole account. Deletion is completed across all systems, including backups, within 30 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select the app and cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
